Interested in forming a team? You can form a team in one of the following categories: Family, Organization or Business.
To help you through the process, we’ve put together a checklist for team captains.
1) Register: You have two options for registration:
- Online: Whether you’re a team of two or 202, you can register online this year. This functions in a similar way to the paper registration form; here is an overview of some of the benefits:
- As a team captain, you can set up your team online, and invite your friends, family and co-workers to join.
- You also have the option to register as many teammates as you like, and see who has registered for your team.
- Credit card payments are accepted online. You will not need to mail in a payment or separate form for registration. (See notes below on shirts with logos for next steps there).
- To note: There will be a nominal convenience fee for the processing of an online transaction.
- Hard Copy:
- Be sure registration forms are complete, including: signature, shirt size, and team name.
- One person per form.
- If paying individually, leave money with registration form. Please do not staple.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep all registration forms that are paying by credit card separate from those paying cash or check.
- If the business, organization or family is paying for part of the registration, please submit one check for all. Each individual should submit their portion to you (or sponsoring group), and then the sponsoring group submits one check.
IMPORTANT: If you are a team who would like your logo on the back of your team shirts, registrations MUST be received no later than September 8. In addition, a Logo Order Form must be submitted to Mercy Women’s Center by September 8. The minimum number of team members required for custom logos on shirts is 12. Teams may still register after September 8, but are not eligible to have a customized logo.
2) Download your Team Packet and Team Roster Form
In your team packet, you will find IMPORTANT materials such as:

- Team List Document
- Tips for forming a successful team
3) The EFY shirt for 2010 is pink!
- Shirt samples are available at Mercy Women's Center and Mercy's Fitness Center.
- Show your EFY Pride. Additional EFY merchandise is available too!
Teams can turn in their Logo Order Forms to Mercy Women's Center (1st Floor) until Tuesday, September 7.
The FINAL DEADLINE (for teams who would like their logo on their shirts) to turn in your registrations and Logo Order Forms is Wednesday, September 8. On this day, captains can drop off their forms in Mercy's Lundy Pavilion, 8th Avenue entrance, no later than 6 p.m.
